General & Cosmetic Dentistry
Comprehensive Dental Exams
Initial Consultation
An unhurried first visit to listen, examine, and explain. We review your dental and medical history, perform a basic oral exam, and discuss any concerns you have. You leave with a written plan, a fee estimate, and clear next steps — no pressure to schedule anything that day.
$75
Routine Dental Exam
Visual and tactile exam of teeth, gums, soft tissues, and bite. Includes oral-cancer screening and a check of existing restorations. Typically paired with a cleaning and digital X-rays as separate line items. Recommended every six months for most adults.
$90
Digital X-rays
High-resolution digital bitewing and periapical images used to detect decay between teeth, bone-level changes, and issues below the gumline. Digital X-rays use significantly less radiation than traditional film and display instantly.
$50
Fluoride Treatment
Topical fluoride varnish painted on the teeth after a cleaning. Strengthens enamel and helps prevent decay — recommended for children, patients with sensitive teeth, and adults at higher risk of cavities. Takes a few minutes and is covered in full by most plans for children under a certain age.
$40
Oral Cancer Screening
Visual and tactile examination of the lips, tongue, cheeks, palate, and throat for unusual tissue changes, sores that haven't healed, or lumps. Painless and takes only a few minutes. Recommended at every routine exam — early detection is the strongest predictor of good outcomes.
$30
Periodontal Assessment
Measurement of the pocket depth around each tooth using a small probe, along with assessment of gum recession, bleeding, and tooth mobility. The results determine whether you need a routine cleaning or a deeper scaling-and-root-planing visit.
$80
Professional Cleaning (Prophylaxis)
Removal of plaque and hardened tartar above and just below the gumline by a dental hygienist, followed by polishing. Recommended every six months for patients with healthy gums. Most insurance plans cover two prophylaxis visits per year at 100 percent.
$120
Professional Teeth Cleaning
Fluoride Treatment
Topical fluoride varnish painted on the teeth after a cleaning. Strengthens enamel and helps prevent decay — recommended for children, patients with sensitive teeth, and adults at higher risk of cavities. Takes a few minutes and is covered in full by most plans for children under a certain age.
$40
Standard Cleaning (Prophylaxis)
The routine six-month cleaning for patients without active gum disease — same scope as the prophylaxis above, listed here under the teeth-cleaning subcategory so it appears in both navigation paths.
$120
Deep Cleaning (Scaling and Root Planing)
Therapeutic cleaning for patients with periodontitis or significant tartar below the gumline. The hygienist scales the tooth surface and smooths the root to help the gums reattach. Usually quoted per quadrant and may take two visits. Often paired with localized anesthetic for comfort.
$180
Periodontal Maintenance
Ongoing cleanings — typically every three to four months — for patients who have completed scaling-and-root-planing or who carry a higher risk of recurring gum disease. The interval is shorter than a routine prophylaxis because periodontal patients form calculus faster.
$150
Digital X-rays and Diagnostics
Diagnostic X-rays
Targeted digital X-rays taken to investigate a specific concern — a tooth that hurts, a fractured restoration, a suspected abscess. Ordered as needed in addition to the routine bitewings taken at your annual exam.
$50
Panoramic X-ray
A single wide image of the upper and lower jaws, all the teeth, and the temporomandibular joints. Useful for evaluating wisdom teeth, planning implants or orthodontics, and screening for cysts or other findings outside the range of bitewing X-rays.
$80
CBCT Scan (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)
Three-dimensional imaging of the jaws and surrounding structures. Required for accurate implant planning, evaluation of complex root anatomy before a root canal, airway assessment, and certain extractions. Lower radiation than a medical CT scan and complete in a few seconds.
$150
Teeth Whitening
In-Office Whitening
Single-visit professional whitening using a higher-concentration peroxide gel applied under controlled conditions. Most patients see a multi-shade improvement the same day. Results last longer when paired with a take-home maintenance kit.
$300
Take-Home Whitening Kit
Custom-fitted trays plus dentist-strength whitening gel for use at home, typically nightly for two to three weeks. Lower per-session strength than in-office whitening but the same long-term result with more flexibility. Trays can be reused for future touch-ups.
$150
Whitening Touch-Up
Single refill of whitening gel for patients who already have custom trays. Useful before an event or every 6 to 12 months to maintain shade. Includes a shade check at your next routine visit.
$50
Porcelain Veneers
Consultation and Assessment
In-depth conversation about the smile changes you're considering, with a clinical exam, digital photos, and — when appropriate — a digital scan and preview mockup. You leave with a phased treatment plan and a fee estimate before any work is scheduled.
$75
Porcelain Veneer Installation
Thin custom-made porcelain shells bonded to the front of the teeth to change shape, color, or alignment. Price is per tooth; most cosmetic cases involve 6 to 10 veneers. Includes the exam, preparation, temporary veneers, lab fabrication, and final cementation.
$800
Veneer Replacement
Removal of an existing veneer (chipped, debonded, or shade-mismatched) and fabrication of a new one. Price is per tooth and assumes the underlying tooth structure is healthy. If the tooth requires additional restorative work, that is quoted separately.
$600
Smile Makeovers
Comprehensive Smile Assessment
Detailed evaluation for patients considering a multi-tooth cosmetic plan. Includes intraoral and facial photos, a digital scan, a bite analysis, and a written treatment plan that may combine whitening, bonding, veneers, and orthodontics. Helpful before deciding which combination of treatments will deliver the result you want.
$100
Composite Bonding
Tooth-colored composite resin shaped and bonded to a tooth to close a small gap, repair a chipped edge, or correct a minor irregularity. Completed in a single visit without lab work. More conservative than a veneer; less durable over many years but easily refreshed or replaced.
$150
Orthodontic Consultation
Clinical and X-ray evaluation to determine whether clear aligners (Invisalign) or braces are a fit for your case. Includes a 3D scan, a preview of projected tooth movement when Invisalign is appropriate, and a phased fee estimate. Referral to an orthodontist is provided for cases outside our general-practice scope.
